1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FoundInAI platform, including foundinai.co and app.foundinai.co, operated by IDMB&LHMH Holdings Inc. ("FoundInAI," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
FoundInAI is an AI visibility platform that helps website owners:
Scan their websites for AI visibility and receive an AI Visibility Score
Generate and manage llms.txt files to improve discoverability by AI tools
Track how AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.) describe and cite their sites
Monitor AI-generated answers for brand keywords
View AI-sourced traffic data from Google Analytics 4
Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly, starting on the date you subscribe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
4.3 Payment processing
All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FoundInAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Submit websites or URLs that you do not own or have authorization to represent
Use the service to scan, monitor, or generate content for websites involved in illegal activity, spam, phishing, or fraud
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service in ways not intended
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written permission (except as permitted under Agency plan white-label features)
Circumvent plan limits or access controls
Upload or process content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
6. AI-Generated Content
FoundInAI uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate llms.txt files and AI visibility scores. Regarding AI-generated content:
Generated llms.txt content is based on information crawled from your website. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy before publishing.
AI Visibility Scores are estimates based on algorithmic analysis and are not guarantees of actual AI search performance.
We do not guarantee that llms.txt files will improve your ranking in any AI search engine.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review before use.
You own the llms.txt content generated for your website. By using the service, you grant FoundInAI a limited license to process your website content for the purpose of generating this content.
7. Intellectual Property
FoundInAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IDMB&LHMH Holdings Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain all rights to your website content and the llms.txt files generated for your site.
You may not use the FoundInAI name, logo, or branding without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (OAuth and GA4), Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, and Resend. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
GA4 integration is optional. You can revoke access at any time via Settings.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Important: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee any specific improvement in AI search visibility or traffic as a result of using the service.
AI Visibility Scores and monitoring results are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive measurements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundInAI's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Subscription access continues until the end of the paid period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
